ABC Manufacturing cc origins date back to 1979, when founder John Hazell opened a small hydraulic repair and metal pressing Business in Jacobs, Durban.
Debbie Hepburn joined him soon after as a partner. From this humble beginning ABC has grown into a dynamic, customer focused, medium sized, general manufacturing business, supplying high quality products to discerning companies, both within Southern Africa, Africa and abroad.
The company, which is now wholly owned and managed by Debbie Hepburn, has a dedicated and hardworking team at the manufacturing facility.
ABC has large enough resources to undertake major projects whilst retaining the flexibility and personal attention usually associated with small Companies.
The factory has a shop-floor size of 1600 square metres, with secure onsite parking and yard. Various manufactured components are produced with an output exceeding 250 000 units per month.
We are dedicated to developing relationships both with, our suppliers who create value and long term partnerships with our customers which enhances customer satisfaction. To this end ABC has implemented and maintains an effective and efficient Quality Assurance Management System based upon ISO 9000:2000.
Through our program of continual improvement and customer communication we are confident that we can consistently exceed our customers expectations. Opportunities have exceeded our forward vision and we are currently experiencing dynamic growth and expansion within the Company. We recognise the challenges presented by operating in a rapidly changing South Africa and are confident that we are well positioned to benefit from the latest trend of companies to seek out small/medium sized niche suppliers, who can meet and exceed their high quality product conformance requirements.
